- "User Content" means any data, text, images, audio, or other content you submit to our Services
- "Output" means any content generated by our Services in response to your User Content
- "Account" means your registered account with AtlasServers
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Services Description
We provide the following AI-powered API services:
Voice Synthesis API
Our voice synthesis API converts text into natural-sounding speech. You may use this service for legitimate purposes including accessibility features, content creation, and application development.
Image Generation API
Our image generation API creates images based on text prompts and parameters. Generated images are subject to our content policies and acceptable use guidelines.
Transcription API
Our transcription API converts audio content into text. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to transcribe any audio content submitted.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or defraud
- Impersonate individuals without their consent
- Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks
- Spam, phish, or engage in other malicious activities
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or models
- Resell or redistribute our Services without authorisation
- Generate content depicting child sexual abuse material or exploitation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy without prior notice.
6. API Terms
API Keys
API keys are confidential and must be kept secure. You must not share, publish, or embed API keys in client-side code. Compromised keys should be regenerated immediately.
Rate Limits
Our Services are subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. Current rate limits are documented in our API documentation.
API Versioning
We may update our APIs from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of breaking changes and maintain deprecated versions for a transition period where feasible.
Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our Services, APIs, documentation, and underlying technology belong to AtlasServers Ltd or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited licence to process it as necessary to provide our Services.
Output Ownership
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the Output generated using our Services, provided you comply with these Terms and have the necessary rights to the underlying User Content.
8. Fees and Payment
Our Services are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis or through subscription plans as detailed on our pricing page. By using paid Services, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees in accordance with our pricing
- Provide accurate billing information
- Authorise us to charge your payment method for fees incurred
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of Output
AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all Output before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AtlasServers Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment of fees
- If required by law
- If we discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice)
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AtlasServers Ltd
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition
